The Croatian-Montenegrin Interstate Council has given full credit to the President of the Management Board of Dalekovod d.d., Luka Miličić, M.Sc.C.E., for his contribution in establishing friendly relations between the two countries. As Dalekovod d.d. has been present in Montenegro through several infrastructural projects, this recognition is of considerable significance.
Dalekovod d.d. has been performing works on the territory of Montenegro on construction of 400 kV Tirana-Podgorica transmission line and the completion of the above works is expected by the end of this year.
Besides, the following projects are underway: expansion of S/S 220/110/35 kV Mojkovac with connection to 220 kV Podgorica-Pljevlja2, expansion of S/S 110/35 kV Andrijevci with connection to 110 kV Trebješevica transmission line and construction of new S/S 110/20 kV Kotor. Deadline for performance of works and construction is anticipated by the end of 2009.
The Siemens-Dalekovod Consortium has concluded a contract with the Montenegrin Electric Enterprise (Elektroprivreda Crne Gore - EPCG) for the works of construction of the substations in Bijelo Polje and Podgorica. The company Siemens shall deliver equipment for the above substations, while the works shall be carried out by Dalekovod. The works are anticipated to begin in spring of 2009, and shall be completed within a 10-month period.
