Dalekovod has during the last few days achieved a new acquisition by buying a packet of 88.65% of TIM shares, Tvornica istegnutih metala (Expanded Metals Factory) in Topusko. The factory employes 124 workers involved in the production of steel products...
such as construction supports, fencing, treades and pylons, including heavy steel structures for use in the ship building industry, construction of bridges, etc, with a current capacity of 10,000 tones annually and with the possibility of increasing capacity to 15,000 tones in synergy with the new owner.
In accordance with changes to the ownership structure, for 12th February 2007, an extraordinary general meeting is to be held whereby changes to the composition of the supervisory board are to be instigated and confirmed by the new company director, and the assignment of a commercial auditor.
