"Despite the fact that the Company’s business was customarily weaker compared to the other reporting periods of a fiscal year, primarily as a result of aggravated climatic conditions and the consequent impeding of project implementation, Dalekovod generated operating cash flows.

As one of the most important events, I would like to highlight the positive vote given to the settlement with creditors within the pre-bankruptcy settlement procedure. The Q1 report also shows an improvement in financial operations, which demonstrates that Dalekovod is on the right track. We will continue with our intensive work on restructuring the Company and reducing overhead, as well as on internalization of our business to meet the targets set." - said Mr. Matjaž Gorjup, Chairman of the Management Board in Dalekovod d.d.

What makes us optimistic with respect to Dalekovod’s good outlook is the fact that the Company has for the first time taken actions to find its position and appear on certain Western European markets where works contract prequalification processes are ongoing or have been completed. As a result of strong international activities undertaken by the Company, we can expect to be awarded significant contracts abroad, of which the Company will keep its shareholders informed in a timely manner.
