Delegation of Svenska Kraftnät visits Dalekovod

As a part of the qualification process, a delegation of the Svenska Kraftnät Company (Swedish transmission system operator) led by Mr. Hans Lundin, Purchasing Manager, visited Dalekovod d.d. in Zagreb between 3 and 5 February 2010...
Immediately upon their arrival, the delegation went to visit a galvanising plant in Dugo Selo. The plant was built in 2003 and it is the most advanced galvanising plant in this region.
On the second day of their visit was they were scheduled to visit a substation in Ernestinovo, which was built within a contract of construction of a 2x400 kV Ernestinovo-Pečuh transmission line.
The visit was organised as a day-long activity that included not only the tour of the substation, but also of one section of the Ernestinovo-Pečuh transmission line.
Presentations for Dalekovod d.d. and Svenska Kraftnät were held on 5 February. Representatives of Dalekovod talked about their company and shed some light on its production programme, previous clients and current jobs, highlighting the ones from the Scandinavian market, and expressed their hope for cooperation.
Representatives of Svenska Kraftnät focused their presentation on the plans concerning the construction of a new power grid in Sweden.
When the presentations were over, the delegation continued on a short tour of a factory in Velika Gorica.
In view of the positive impression and talks that took place, we hope that this visit will enable Dalekovod d.d. to take an even more significant step further on the Swedish market.
