Pursuant to the provision of Article 15, point 3 and Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Act on the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Official Gazette no. 140/05, 12/12) and Article 367, paragraph 2 of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette no. 88/08, 146/08, 74/09 and 54/13, hereinafter: ZTK), the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, at the request of the company Dalekovod d.d. from Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222, represented by the attorney Morana Herak from the Attorneys at Law Madirazza & Partneri from Zagreb, Masarykova 21, for the approval of the unique prospectus of the shares listing on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange jsc., at the session of the Managing Board held on 24 December 2014 made the following decision:

• The unique prospectus of listing 21,852,040 ordinary registered shares, in a dematerialized form, of the nominal amount of HRK 10.00 each, with the total nominal amount of HRK 218,520,400, on the regulated market is approved to the company Dalekovod d.d. from Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222.
• The enacting clause of this decision shall be published on the internet page of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
