Svenska kraftnät, the Swedish national electricity transmission company, after the evaluation process, sent a notification about the selection of the offer and the intention to sign the contract with the company Dalekovod d.d. according to the tender criteria for electrical assembly works on the new 400 kV power line on the CB Dockasberg - Rissuden section with a total length of 85 kilometers. The mentioned section is part of the Aurora Line project and is located in the very north of Sweden.

According to the announcement of October 3, 2023, Norwegian Statnett, the company for the transmission of electricity and Dalekovod d.d. signed a contract for the construction of a new 420 kV transmission line on the Skaidi - Hyggevatn section with a total length of 54 km. The project continues the successfully completed 420 kV section of the transmission line between the Skillemoen and Skaidi substations. It is specific in that it will be built in arctic weather conditions due to its position in the far north of Norway.

The company Dalekovod d.d., following Article 482 of the Capital Market Act, informs the public that from the company PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. for the management of mandatory pension funds, Zagreb, Radnička cesta 44, OIB: 20455535575, received the notice of changes in voting rights, which is submitted in the attachment.

Following the publication of December 21, 2018, regarding the initiation of a lawsuit that is being conducted before the Commercial Court in Zagreb under business number P-2053/2018 against the Ministry of Finance/Republic of Croatia for the payment of the Company's claim for EUR 6,636,140.42 ( 50,000,000.00 HRK), the Company hereby informs the public that the Commercial Court on 06.11.2023 issued a judgment rejecting the Company's claim for payment of the specified amount.
The Company will file an appropriate legal remedy against the judgment mentioned above within the statutory deadline.

According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on 30 October 2023, at which the Supervisory Board considered the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the third quarter of 2023.
