The Supervisory Board of Dalekovod d.d. at the session held on February 28, 2023, decided to extend the mandate of the current President of the Management Board, Mr. Tomislav Rosandić, and the members of the Management Board, Mr. Tvrtko Zlopaša and Mr. Eugen Paić-Karega, in the positions mentioned above. The mandates are extended until March 31, 2024, to align with the mandate periods within the KONČAR Group.
The mandate of the current member of the Management Board, Mr. Ivan Kurobasa, expires on March 31, 2023. To Mr. Kurobasa, the company Dalekovod d.d. thanks for the contribution to the business during a challenging period in which a significant step forward was made in the direction of the operational and financial stability of the company.

According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board was held on 24 February 2023, at which the Supervisory Board considered the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period 1 January - 31 December 2022.
Financial reports will be published within the legal deadlines in accordance with the Financial Results Publication Calendar.

According to Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Dalekovod d.d. hereby announces that a meeting of the Company's Supervisory Board will be held on 24 February 2023, at which the Supervisory Board will consider the consolidated and non-consolidated unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period 1 January - 31 December 2022.

Norwegian Statnett, electricity transmission company, after the evaluation process, sent a notification about the selection of the offer and the intention to sign the contract with the company Dalekovod d.d. according to the tender criteria for the construction of a new 420 kV transmission line on the section Aurland - Sogndal with a total length of 41 km.
