Notice of Negotiations related to the New Terms of Office of the Management Board

(10/03/2008) As terms of office of the current President and Members of Management Board of Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb shall expire on 30 March 2008, in compliance with the established corporate practice of Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb, that is represented by the Supervisory Board.
Negotiations have started with regard to the new terms of office of the President and Members of the Management Board, by taking into account the successful performance of the Company Management so far.

The company shall, through the Supervisory Board, inform the interested public and interested influential groups about the course and results of the negotiations.
