On 29 April 2011 a session of the Management and Supervisory Board of Dalekovod d.d., shall be held. At the above session decisions shall, inter alia, be discussed, established and reached and proposals for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company shall be made with regard to the following:

At the end of 2010 and at the beginning of 2011 Dalekovod d.d. entered into a few relevant contracts for the delivery of suspension and jointing equipment for foreign markets totalling at approx. 5 mil EUR.

Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb has been given a job of designing and constructing a 135 km section of the new high voltage line – 750 kV Rivne – Kyiv, LOT 2 diversion of 750 kV Khmelnitsk NPS – Chernobyl NPS power line to 750 kV Kievska substation for the Ukrainian National Power Company UKRENERGO.

Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb gets yet another job on the expansion and modernisation of the 330 kV Bar Transformer Substation for the Ukrainian National Power Company UKRENERGO. The overall value of these works is 12.5 million EUR.
