Dalekovod-Cinčaonica d.o.o. (Galvanizing Plant)
Dalekovod-Čincaonica d.o.o. officially began operations on 18/12/2003 and is also a member of the Dalekovod Group. The galvanizing plant’s core business is anti-corrosive protection of steel using hot galvanization processes. The production capacity comprises a facility for discontinued galvanization and a facility for automatic galvanization using a centrifugal system.
The capacity of the galvanizing plant in Dugo Selo amounts to 31,000 tones of various types of products annually. About 50 percent of this production capacity is equipment manufactured by Dalekovod d.d., while the remainder is used by other metal processing companies.
Galvanizing plant consists of the most modern galvanizing facilities:
- The galvanizing plant for bolts and small items requiring centrifugation; anticipated as a closed and fully automated facility with a galvanizing bath of dimensions 3000x1000x1500mm,
- Galvanization of larger items is planned to be undertaken by the galvanizing bath having dimensions 13000x1800x2800mm
