On 7 Dec 2007 a Contract of sale and transfer of shares of TLM d.d. Šibenik was signed between the Seller and ADRIAL d.o.o. as Buyer, by which the Seller sells and transfers total of 1,475,683 Company’s shares, which accounts for 80.20 % of the Company’s initial capital value. The company is registered with the Court of Commerce in Šibenik under Corporate Ref.No.: 060006431.
The company ADRIAL d.o.o. shall within the period prescribed by law issue an invitation to take over the remaining company voting shares at the Shareholder's Meeting of the company TLM d.d. Šibenik.

The Dalekovod company has achieved a new acquisition in buying a packet of 88.65% of shares of TIM d.d., Tvornica istegnutih metala (Expanded Metals Factory) in Topusko. TThe factory employs 124 workers who are involved in manufacturing steel products such as construction supports, fencing, treads and pylons, including heavy steel structures for use in the ship building industry, construction of bridges, etc, with a current capacity of 10,000 tones annually and with the possibility of increasing capacity to 15,000 tones in synergy with the new owner.

The start of work for the new company UNIDAL d.o.o. for the production of forged steel products in Vinkovci. This is the result of a common investment by the Dalekovod company and UNIOR from Slovenia amounting to a total investment exceeding 5.5 million Euros.
