Dalekovod has made a payment of the complete amount for dividend disbursement

After the decision had been reached by the General Shareholder's Meeting held on 5 July 2008 and after establishing the rights, the joint stock company Dalekovod has paid in the complete amount of kn 28.697.338,45 which is required for dividend disbursement to the shareholders for the year 2007.

Unlike previous years, Dalekovod has contracted this year implementation of a corporate action of dividend disbursement with the Central Depository Agency.

We hereby once again invite the shareholders to check whether their data have been updated at the Central Depository Agency.
