Dalekovod has received a Contract Award Notification related to Public Invitation to Bid for Construction of 420 kV Nea-Riksgrensen

Dalekovod has received a Contract Award Notification related to Public Invitation to Bid for Construction of 420 kV Nea-Riksgrensen Transmission Line (Norwegian border), of ca. 27 km length. The value of works shall amount to over 5 million euros. The Investor of works is the Norwegian state company Statnett.

This project is significant as it is the second project awarded after signing a contract for construction of 420 kV Skareheia (Evje)-Holen) on 9 August 2007. In this way continuity of works in Norway and permanent presence on that demanding market is accomplished.

The contract shall be signed on Thursday, 13 March 2008, at the headquarters of the company Stattnet in Oslo.
