Pursuant to Article 37, Section 3.7 of Construction Act (Official Gazette, No. 175/03 and 100/04) with regard to Article 353, Section 2, Subsection 2 of Physical Planning and Construction Act (National Gazette No. 76/07) and Article 3, Section 2 of Rules about Requirements and Measures related to Giving Approval for Starting Construction Activities (National Gazette, No. 89/06 and 139/06), Dalekovod has been granted approval of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction for performance of construction activities and carrying out particular works on building structures which can be checked at the web site http://www.mzopu.hr/.
