Dalekovod d.d. has been awarded a contract worth 380 million kunas

Dalekovod d.d. has received an Award Notification on the selection of the most favorable bid for Supplying Equipment for the left tube of the Mala Kapela and Sv. Rok tunnels on the Zagreb-Split-Dubrovnik motorway. Value of the captioned works shall amount to ca 380 million kunas and shall comprise signalization, fire alarm system, fire-extinguishing system, feeding and ventilation of the tunnel.

Dalekovod d.d. competed in an open public procurement procedure issued on 26 June 2008 in an electronic public procurement ad and he was the sole bidder.

Execution of works on the tunnels shall start after signing the contract with the Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. (Croatian Motorways) as the Project Investor. The completion of works is anticipated in the summer of 2009, whereby traffic jams in the tourist season shall be considerably decreased.
