Production Business Unit
The Production Business Unit manages the factory in Velika Gorica and the following manufacturing companies:
- Dalekovod Cinčaonica d.o.o. for galvanization
- Dalekovod TIM d.d. – expanded metals factory
- Unidal d.o.o. for the production of forged steel
- Dalekovod TKS a.d. Doboj B&H
The factory in Velika Gorica is organized into three work units and a single Department:
- Department for planning, monitoring and production analysis
- Work unit for metal structures
- Work unit for suspension and jointing equipment
- Work unit for servicing
The production operations include:
- Planning, monitoring and analysis of production,
- Preparation of production and workshop operations
- Production of lattice and other steel structures (transmission lines and lighting columns, road equipment, halls, communications,...) and the repair and assembly thereof, in compliance with production plan and technical documentation,
- Complementing parts and assemblies, equipment for transmission lines, roads, lighting and other equipment according to technical documentation,
- Operations covering preparation of metal surfaces and AKZ structures
- Welding and assembly operations,
- Repairs to metal structures,
- Production of metal moulds and compression moulds
- Treatment process by removing particles, welding, stamping, plastic treatment of metals, removal of lubrication and signing, thermal treatment and other processes
- Tool production, devices for special purposes,
- Development of new tools and devices.
Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb manufactures:
- Suspension and jointing equipment for transmission lines of all voltages, transformer stations and switching facilities,
- Equipment for self-supporting cable bundles
- Equipment for contact networks,
- Metal structures and parts,
- Transmission line poles, lighting and antenna poles as well as poles for signalization,
- Structures for transformer facilities,
- Roadway fencing,
- Tools and machinery for special purposes
