The works investor on the project for the construction of the 400kV transmission line Tirana-Podgorica is KESH-OST (operator of the carrier system) from Albania and Elektroprivreda Montenegro, with the contractor being Dalekovod d.d. The project is contracted as a turn key solution.
The technically demanding project consists of an aerial double OHL 400kV line with a length of 76.14km, and a single air section 400kV line with a length of 80.80km. Besides the transmission line, this project includes the construction of a 400kV conductor field in the existing transformer station 400/210kV Elbasan 2, and two 400kV conductor fields in the transformer station 400/220kV Podgorica 2.
The deadline for completion of works in 24 months starting from the date of the advance payment.
