After several months of our putting great efforts in addressing the difficult situation Dalekovod d.d. has found itself in with its account being frozen, the Financial Agency (FINA) caused the account of the company Dalekovod d.d. to become unfrozen on 20 Dec 2012 pursuant to the Decision on Initiating a Chapter 11-like Legal Framework Proceeding. In this way, continuation of ordinary business activities and fulfilment of contractual commitments towards the investors and suppliers shall be made possible, but first of all towards the employees of Dalekovod d.d.

At the 26th session of the Supervisory Board of the Company Dalekovod d.d. that was held on 30 Nov 2012 a decision was reached on appointing Mr. Goran Brajdić as Member of the Management Board responsible for the finances of the company Dalekovod d.d. to hold office from 1 Dec 2012 till 1 Oct 2017.

We are free to inform you that a ceremonial opening of the construction of two 750 kV transmission lines that shall connect the Rivnenska and Hmelnicka nuclear power plants with the S/S Kijevska in Ukraine took place on 19 Sep 2012.

We are free to inform you that Dalekovod has for years been trying to enter the large, however, very demanding Polish market. For that purpose, the company Dalekovod Polska d.d. was set up in Warsaw in 2004.

Upon conclusion of a Dispute Settlement Agreement by which a conciliator was appointed, and after implementation of the negotiation procedure and mutual easing, Autocesta Rijeka – Zagreb d.d. being the Employer, and Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb being the Contractor
